Hey there! It's me, Jared. 

 

As you may have guessed by now, I am a senior at the University of Michigan coming to terms with the impending doom of graduation. Or maybe it's not doom? That depends on what mood I'm in. Anyhow, I digress.

I entered Writing 420 as an experienced sports writer, having covered the Michigan football team and men's basketball team for The Michigan Daily. But I wanted to stay as far away from sports writing as possible for this project, and so I dove into my other principal passion: the New York Mets. Wait, no. I meant music.
